Who we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, reconciliations, invoice preparation/processing or Procurement within an international business environment;
- Fluent English and one of the following language: German or French written and verbal communication skills is an must.
- Experience in working with contract terms and conditions;
- Familiarity with SAP and workflow systems helpful but not required;
- High level of diligence, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
- Very good organization and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills.
Your future role
- Apply attention to detail and analytical skills to review a variety of invoices, including complex construction industry invoices;
- Perform invoices and contracts reviews to validate compliance with relevant commercial terms including rates and payment schedules, scope and budget;
- Collaborate with vendors, project teams and accounts payable to ensure invoice accuracy;
- Identify and resolve issues and mistakes;
- Check if the PO has been approved, previously invoiced charges are not duplicated and there are sufficient funds available;
- Create and maintain invoice tracking documentation;
- Compare expenses to the client reimbursement policy and work with vendors to correct any errors;
- Assisting project managers in accomplishing project milestones by effectively managing the financial aspects of project delivery.

About the team
The Deloitte Legal Managed Services team works with the legal, procurement, and finance departments and commercial and business groups to help them standardize their contract and commercial management processes, achieve greater efficiencies and increase the value they deliver to their business stakeholders.
