• Conduct quality inspections of mechanical components (measurements according to technical drawings), electronic components (visual inspection and validation in the production process), and optical components (visual assessment) delivered to the Company according to the control plan (Incoming Goods Control).
• Perform product audits.
• Document the results of inspections (non-conformance reports).
• Collaborate with the R&D Department and Quality Department on quality verification and procedures.
• Report and present audit results.
• Initiate and verify corrective actions (assigning repairs, filing complaints).
• Carry out sorting and 100% inspection tasks.
• Collect and prepare samples for inspection.
• Assist in developing control plans.

Our requirements

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Ability to use measuring instruments (caliper, depth gauge).
• Readiness to work at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany starting from the 2nd quarter of 2025, when we are opening our new facility in Kajetany,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Technical secondary education.
• Ability to communicate in English (B2 level).

Optional

• Familiarity with the production process and its integration with other departments in the company.
• Experience in production roles (operator, assembler, quality controller, etc.).
