You’ll own end-to-end HR processes from contracts and compliance with Polish labor law to supervising the HR Operations Specialist and partnering seamlessly with Finance and payroll vendors.Your mission: ensure flawless payroll, maintain accurate HR system data (Business Central), and deliver actionable HR reports that empower smart, data-driven decisions across the company. You’ll also lead initiatives in digitalization, automation, audits, and payroll optimization, driving continuous improvement and making HR processes more efficient and effective.Your Key ResponsibilitiesOversee HR operations, including contracts, annexes, and terminations (employees & contractors) with strong attention to data accuracy.Manage and continuously improve the HR system (Business Central), ensuring reliable and up-to-date data.Supervise the HR Operations Specialist and coordinate the daily HR workload, using data insights to prioritize effectively.Ensure payroll quality and compliance by collaborating with the Finance Department and payroll vendor, with a strong focus on data validation and accuracy.Prepare and analyze timely HR reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support data- driven decision-making across the organization.Lead hard HR projects (digitalization, automation, audits, payroll optimization), always guided by data analysis.Ensure compliance with Polish Labor Law and Civil Code, supported by accurate records and reporting.Coordinate month-end HR activities and prepare clear, data-backed reporting for the Finance & Management Team.Administer background checks and manage employee documentation with precise record-keeping.Drive continuous improvement and process automation across HR operations, using data to identify gaps and opportunities.Develop and maintain internal HR policies, ensuring they are informed by data and best practices.Ideal Candidate Profile4+ years in HR operations and payrollPrevious experience in a managerial roleData driven approach and passion for dataStrong knowledge of Polish Labor Law & payroll principlesProficient in Excel; Power BI a plusExperience with HRM tools (Business Central preferred)Excellent communication and organizational skillsProactive, analytical, and self-driven mindsetStrong discretion, professionalism, and confidentialityHigh attention to detail and qualityExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentFluent English is a mustNice to HavePayroll certificationHR experience in outsourcing or a tech environmentWhat We OfferStable, long-term cooperation and career developmentOpportunities to grow your expertise in Hard HRInfluence over the HR department strategy and improvementsAccess to social events, training, and an international work cultureMedicover healthcare and Multisport cardHybrid work model and flexible working hoursAdditional day off for your BirthdayCentrally located office with garage parking#GETREADY to Join UsIf you're ready to take your HR career to the next level, we’d love to meet you.
