We’re on the lookout for a Mobile Team Lead to join our amazing Mobile team. You will focus not only on developing cutting-edge mobile apps for IoT, wearables, and connected devices, but also lead a highly-skilled team, contribute to company-wide initiatives, and shape our technical and product direction..intent has over 15+ years of experience in helping to conceptualize, design, and build apps for IoT and connected devices. We are a software house that acts as a specialized think partner for products at the intersection of physical and digital – from net-new to products looking to enter a competitive and established niche. Some of our clients include Oura, BOSE, and McIntosh audio systems.Our offer: Salary: 24–32K net on B2B, depending on your experience. Work conditions:You can work fully remotely or from our office in the center of Warsaw – that's your choice.Flexible working hours.All equipment provided.Onboarding support through your dedicated buddy and team.️ Perks and benefits:Up to 26 days of paid holidays and 10 days of sick leave on B2B.Private medical care (Saltus).Self-development budget (2,000 PLN/year).What you'll do:Lead a mobile team delivering high-impact projects across departments.Contribute to architecture decisions and cross-functional initiatives.Stay hands-on and support your team in engineering efforts when needed.Estimate, plan, and propose software solutions to clients.Collaborate with backend, cloud, and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.Translate complex technical challenges into clear communication for clients and stakeholders.What we expect:Proven experience leading a technical team and delivering cross-departmental work.Deep knowledge of mobile app development (iOS or Android), with some exposure to both.Strong experience working with connected apps and IoT protocols (e.g., BLE, NFC, Wi-Fi, Thread).Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native is a plus.Practical experience in building secure, scalable app architectures.Passion for mobile, cloud, and AI technology – you're a generalist at heart.Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.Ability to simplify complex tech topics for non-technical audiences.Interest in using AI tools to boost productivity.It’d be great if you have:Experience speaking at tech conferences or meetups.Open-source contributions related to mobile, IoT, or connected devices.Participation in hackathons and the ability to bring that mindset to day-to-day work.Experience with secure app development and authentication flows.Background in building and maintaining repositories using modern tools (CI/CD, Husky, ephemeral environments).First 3 months at intent:Our goal is to ensure mutual fit and long-term satisfaction. The first three months are designed to help you get comfortable with your team, tools, and the way we work. You’ll receive ongoing feedback and guidance, and we’ll regularly check in to make sure everything is going smoothly.
