We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of building a foundational digital product for Reffine: our enterprise-level CMS. This is a hybrid role that combines product management and project management responsibilities - perfect for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is ready to take charge of both shaping the product and its delivery. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs, user experience, and technical implementation, ensuring the product becomes a scalable and robust solution.Responsibilities:end-to-end ownership of a product lifecycle — from discovery to deliverygathering and documenting product requirements from internal teams, stakeholders, and market inputscollaborating with design, product and development teams to define how features should work and lookmaking decisions about priorities, feature scope, and iterative release planningtranslating high-level ideas and needs into actionable user stories and epicscoordinating the product roadmap, timelines, and delivery milestonestracking progress and delivery pace; ensuring alignment with goals and deadlinesidentifying and mitigating risks and blockersmanaging product and business documentation in Notion and Jiramaintaining project structure and clarity in Jira (task management, labeling, backlog hygiene)leading and facilitating internal meetings (e.g. daily, refinement, retrospectives, internal syncs, post-mortem, handovers and demos)supporting initiatives for product growth, scalability, and strategic alignment across the companyThe Successful Applicant has:minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role within a product/software development environmentexperience working with B2B (Business-to-Business) products is mandatory, experience with enterprise-class products is a strong plusavailability to start work no later than January 1, 2026excellent communication skills - in both English (for client communication, documentation, and Jira) and in Polish (for team collaboration)ability to maintain good relations with all parties involved in development and growth of the productskills in gathering, refining, and prioritizing requirementsstrong project and process management skills, with a deep understanding of agile methodologiesvery good organizational skills and attention to detail,a strong drive to keep learning and openness to new challengesability to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesgoal-oriented and positive attitude, with a ownership-driven and proactive approach to problem-solvingoperational knowledge of Jira - nice to haveWhat's On Offer:salary range: 13000 - 18000 PLN net+VAT for B2B contract or 10700 - 15000 PLN gross for contract of employmentopportunity to develop and improve your competences within interesting projectswork in a well-coordinated team of specialists in their fieldfreedom to make decisions within your role, take ownership of your work, and influence how things are doneopportunity to collaborate with esteemed international client and foster partnershipflexible work setup: choose between our Warsaw office (Mokotów), hybrid, or fully remote with occasional office visitsbenefits package including medical coverage and a sports cardoccasional 'Pizza Fridays' and team-building events for integration
