ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding: Streamline the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation, welcome communications, and training schedules.
  • Workday Administration: Maintain and update employee information in Workday, process employee moves, and create requisitions.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, research, and maintaining organized HR files.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries through the Workday Help Desk, providing advice and support to employees on HR matters.
  • Compliance and Audits: Assist with compliance and audit requests.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Collaborate on various HR projects as needed.


WYMAGANIA:

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, especially for a UK company
  • Familiarity with UK HR environment is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior Workday experience is a plus.
