Its goal is to improve bank customer service while maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge about each client. This involves collecting and analyzing data to assess risks and prevent illegal activities such as money laundering. Ultimately, the project aims to ensure effective customer service and continuous monitoring of client behavior in compliance with international security regulations. As a Non-Functional Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance and scalability, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.Responsibilities you'll haveConduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in web application performanceConduct tests to assess the applications response times, throughput, and scalabilityUse tools to simulate load and stress test scenariosDevelop and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance the speed, responsiveness, and scalability of web applicationsCollaborate with software developers and architects to design and implement performance enhancements and optimizationsMonitor and analyze web application performance metrics using monitoring tools and systemsIdentify and troubleshoot performance issues, both proactively and reactively, and provide recommendations for resolutionRegular security assessments to identify vulnerabilitiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web application performance engineering Expected competences and knowledgeProven experience as a Web Application Performance Engineer / Non-Functional Testing Engineer or a similar roleStrong understanding of web application architecture and performance optimization techniquesProficient in performance testing tools and methodologies (LoadRunner Enterprise)Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTTP, Rest servicesFamiliarity with web server configurations and optimizationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills Technologies you'll work withLoadRunnerJavaScriptHTTPRest Services Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
