Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Rozwój i doskonalenie modeli ryzyka kredytowego (w szczególności model PD, LGD oraz ECL),

  • Udział w analizach, obliczeniach, raportowaniu oraz testach warunków skrajnych i przeglądach nadzorczych w obszarze ryzyka kredytowego,

  • Aktualizacja parametrów ryzyka oraz comiesięczne przeliczanie i analiza zmian odpisów na utratę wartości portfela kredytowego zgodnie z IFRS 9

  • Wyliczanie wymogów kapitałowych oraz wskaźników ryzyka kredytowego,

  • Przeprowadzanie stress testów w obszarze ryzyka kredytowego,

  • Przygotowywanie raportów zarządczych dotyczących zmian w odpisach i stanu portfela kredytowego,

  • Współtworzenie i wdrażanie regulacji wewnętrznych w obszarze ryzyka kredytowego.


Wymagania pracodawcy

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w budowie modeli ryzyka kredytowego,

  • Znajomość regulacji i wymogów raportowych związanych z ryzykiem kredytowym,

  • Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu metod statystycznych i probabilistycznych stosowanych w modelowaniu ryzyka oraz znajomość regulacji (Basel III, IFRS 9, CRR),

  • Dobra znajomość SQL, Python i/lub R i/lub SAS,

  • Proaktywne podejście i samodzielność w realizacji zadań.
