Business Development ManagerYour responsibilities As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with our sales team in Poland, who will support you in driving customer projects and sales growth. Your role will focus on actively developing new business opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A key part of your responsibilities will be visiting, developing, and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as building new partnerships across Poland. On a daily basis, you will handle enquiries, prepare offers, contribute to product development, and follow up on deliveries. Our requirements We are seeking a curious and proactive individual who can take initiative when needed. This role requires strong sales skills, a solid understanding of supply chain processes, and excellent organizational abilities. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to assigned customers. We are looking for someone with:- High level of professionalism, with a passion for sales and customer relationship management- Strong command of English, both written and spoken- Ability to understand customer needs and work independently- Experience in Sales and/or Supply Chain, preferably within the B2B market- Team-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to take initiative and develop solutions independently- Proficiency in Excel; proven ability to quickly learn and master new systems- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multi‑task across systems, and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionWhat we offer Permanent employment contract Company car Competitive salary package Excellent working conditions with a supportive and friendly atmosphere Ongoing training and personal development programs Aplikuj
