For one of our clients, a leading organization in the financial sector, we are seeking a Fund Accounting Analyst. This intermediate-level position is ideal for professionals with experience in accounting, finance, or fund administration. The primary responsibility will be to support fund valuation activities, including the calculation of Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) and distribution of associated unit prices.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the operations team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while maintaining high standards of client service and risk management.

zadania

  • Oversee fund activities to ensure timely and accurate calculation of NAVs and distribution factors.
  • Prepare financial statements, tax reporting, and regulatory filings in collaboration with the team.
  • Act as a Senior Checker for complex processes, reviewing critical transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor aging break items and significant financial exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain delivery schedules and meet client expectations for assigned funds.
  • Support the team manager in responding to audits, client inquiries, and risk-related matters.
  • Serve as a backup for team coordination and management roles as needed.
  • Uphold compliance with all applicable regulations and policies, ensuring risk mitigation and transparency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial operations and principles of fund administration.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex operational tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with change management and project delivery.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
