Agent - Payment Fraud Detection

Reviewing online and call center bookings to identify fraudulent transactions done with credit cards or other forms of payment Analysing and evaluating bookings in various systems and sources Investigating given information (e.g. person, transaction, booking, payment) Background research on the internet Consulting external and internal partners and applications to verify the booking Deciding on fraud/non-fraud and initiation of respective actions (i.e. cancellation of personal reservation, ticket refund, contact station, arrangement of cash payments, PNR amendments etc.) in all applicable tools and systems Contacting and involving the stations concerning necessary checks or actions (passenger verification at the airport) Initiating and processing additional actions (i.e. BEACH, PERSEUSS, settlement actions) Proactively supporting the fraud management service by identification of new fraud patterns

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

B2) Communication skills Autonomous, pro-active and self-driven working style Flexibility Experience in sales audit, refunds or chargebacks will be an asset Knowledge of electronic payment methods and their security issues will be an asset Internet researching skills (OSINT approach) will be an asset
