As a PR & Communications Manager with us, you will:

  • Develop PR Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance our brand visibility and reputation across Europe.

  • Managing Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage. 

  • Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and product launches, primarily in Poland and expanding throughout Europe. 

  • Content Creation: Create compelling press releases, media kits, and promotional materials to support PR campaigns and events. 

  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging communication aligned with our brand strategy. 

  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect and enhance the company's reputation during challenging times. 

 

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 3 years of experience in both PR & events management in B2B.

  • Exceptional writing and verbal skills in English and Polish (C level or native).

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities. 

  • Established network of media contacts and influencers in the tech and SaaS industries is a plus. 

 


Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement PR and event strategies that align with company goals. 

  • Media Outreach: Proactively seek opportunities for media coverage, pitching story ideas, and arranging interviews with company spokespeople. 

  • Event Coordination: Handle all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee registration, and on-site execution. 

  • Content Management: Ensure all PR and event-related content is on-brand, timely, and relevant to our target audience. 

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and events, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and support for company initiatives. 

  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR and event management practices.
