We are looking for a talented person to join our Customer Service Department as a Supply Planning Trainee. This is a dynamic role where you will be supporting senior colleagues, managing the procurement and inventory processes in SAP ERP, ensuring the accurate creation and tracking of purchase orders, goods receipts, and material movement across various locations. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams, and production to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries, while also addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • PO Management: Creating and adjusting Purchase Orders (PO) based on Purchase Requisitions (PR), verifying stock levels and item setup.
  • Vendor Coordination: Confirming readiness dates, sales conditions, and prices with vendors, and updating POs manually.
  • Inventory & Goods Receipt: Handling Goods Receipts (GR) and ensuring inventory levels are accurate across multiple locations.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigating PO creation issues, resolving invoice discrepancies, and managing intercompany invoice issues.
  • MRP & Safety Stock: Running MRP manually when needed and maintaining safety stock levels for customers.
  • Order Modifications: Working with production and vendors to modify, cancel, or reschedule orders.
  • Daily contact with production and vendors
  • Day-to-day communication with Front Line
  • Supporting the development and application of effective procedures, policies, and standards
  • Providing performance reports on behalf of the Team Leader's request

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of English (B2+ level)
  • Polish knowledge – nice-to-have
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and vlookups – ideal)
  • Availability to work 40hrs/week at the offices
  • Positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Good organisation skills
  • Experience in SAP ERP – nice-to-have
  • Understanding of inventory management, purchase orders, and goods receipt processes – nice-to-have
