Our expectations:

English language knowledge at B1 level University degree (or in the course of study) minimum medium level knowledge of Excel and Power Point the ability to react quickly to sudden situations previous experience in the media industry would be an advantage possession of driving licence category B will be perceived as an additional asset


Responsibilities:

Servicing regular and acquiring new regional clients. Building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and media houses/agencies Coordinating the flow of documents (including contracts and orders). Coordinating the timely signing of orders. Analyse the availability of advertising formats on TVN Group channels.  Supporting the process of cooperation with the departments of the Advertising Bureau (e.g. bid arrangements).  Participating in department-wide meetings and reporting to the Team. Booking enquiries into systems and setting up orders. Entering data on current customer contacts into the CRM system.
