Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen Mitarbeiter im technischen Support / Anwendungsspezialisten (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit Sitz in Mitteldeutschland und bieten eine interessante und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem gut funktionierenden Team.

Requirements

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pre- und Aftersales-Support für Kunden, Vertriebspartner und Topcon-Mitarbeiter für die Bereiche Baumaschinensteuerung und Vermessung sowohl im Homeoffice per Remotesupport, also auch direkt auf der Baustelle
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Einweisungen für Endanwender, Vertriebspartner und Topcon-Mitarbeiter
  • Weitere Aufgaben im Rahmen des Supports
  • Einsatzgebiet: Mitteldeutschland (hauptsächlich), Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Vermessung oder Bau
  • Alternativ vergleichbare Qualifikationen oder mehrjährige Baustellenerfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Teamplayer
  • Analytische, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computer und Software
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
