We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for establishing and overseeing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our network. You will be part of Client Unit Poland and work closely with CRO, Sales and Marketing.

 

We like people who are proactive, ask good questions, try new things, and are comfortable sharing their ideas and knowledge with the team.

 

 

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Overall responsibility for the partnership area, including maintenance, optimization, and further growth,
  • Shape and drive the business strategy for partnership area in GFT Poland,
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend new key business partners for licensing, promotion and partnerships deals in line with the company’s strategy.
  • Establish a best-in-class practice and strategy and act as the relationship manager with our key strategic partners,
  • Define & grow our partnership ecosystem at large scale,
  • Keep an eye on what's happening in the industry and what other companies are doing to find new opportunities and stay ahead,
  • Track and report on all success and Support KPIs and metrics

 

 

Required skills:

 

  • At least 5-6 years of demonstrated expertise in the Partnership area, experience in cooperation with partners from tech or banking industry would be an asset,
  • Business acumen and strong track record of building and managing strategic partnerships,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships,
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving growth,
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team,
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions,
  • An interest in the IT field and prior experience with cloud solutions (GCP, Azure, AWS) would be an advantage.
