• Start date: January 1, 2025
• Project duration: 11+ months
• Project language: English, Polish nice to have

RESPONSIBILTIES

• You will review QA and document distributions, monitor updates through GDMS reports, and ensure all changes are accurately documented.
• You will handle client documents, manage upload processes, and organize review cycles to ensure their timely closure.
• You will oversee QA processes and manage comment handling, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
• You will manage the uploading, distribution, and updating of document logs and registers, keeping them current and accurate.
• You will arrange document turnover by compiling, filing, and maintaining precise records of project and working documents.
• You will monitor document accuracy, ensuring outdated revisions are withdrawn and replaced with the latest versions.
• You will coordinate the preparation of copies for newly received documentation, ensuring they are distributed promptly to stakeholders.
• You will oversee the preservation of archived documents and verify the correctness of new document registrations.
• You will ensure technical designs printed and signed by designers comply with Polish laws and are validated by Polish designers as required.
• You will ensure the completeness of As-Built documentation from all contractors, including critical files like CMA, NOI, WPR, WPQS, and related technical designs.
• You will validate As-Built documentation for compliance with material specifications, inspections, geodesy reports, and material test results, ensuring adherence to project standards.
• You will crosscheck all As-Built documentation with technical and building designs to confirm consistency and inclusion of all necessary revisions and red marks.
• You will ensure all documents are properly stamped and signed by the project’s site manager in compliance with regulations.
• You will organize and deliver both hard and digital copies of As-Built documentation to relevant parties with efficiency and precision.

QUALIFICATION

• You have extensive knowledge of document management systems and processes.
• You demonstrate strong attention to detail and ensure compliance with technical and legal documentation requirements.
• Experience with Polish building codes and regulations is considered an advantage.
• You possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• You work independently and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
