Ta oferta jest dla Ciebie, jeśli:
  • posiadasz wiedzę z zakresu różnych metodyk zarządzania projektami PMI, Prince, Agile, Waterfall i certyfikaty w jednej z tych metodyk,
  • masz doświadczenie w realizacji projektów w obszarze cyberbezpieczeństwa, w jednej w powyższych metodyk lub w połączeniu,
  • posiadasz doświadczenie w budowaniu/przenoszeniu rozwiązań z on-prem do chmury, w tym regulatora KNF,
  • potrafisz umiejętnie i zwięźle komunikować status realizacji projektów do sponsorów i Zarządu,
  • masz wiedzę operacyjną w zakresie MS Project, JIRA, MS office,
  • masz praktyczną wiedzę w zarządzaniu dużymi zespołami projektowymi, działającymi w strukturze macierzowej,
  • posiadasz minimum 3 - 5 lat doświadczenie pracy w bankowości, finansach lub ubezpieczeniach,
  • posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie C1, ponieważ mamy sporo komunikacji i ustaleń z międzynarodową grupą,
  • rozumiesz język techniczny i sprawnie komunikujesz się z zespołami developerskimi,
  • możesz pochwalić się certyfikatami: PMP, Scrum Master lub SAFE, PAL innymi, dotyczącymi Agile, Prince 2,
  • dodatkowym atutem będzie wskazanie osoby, która udzieli Ci referencji.

  • rola dla Senior Project Managera w zespole cybersecurity, który pracuje nad aplikacją wykrywająca różne podatności i ryzyka. Aplikacja zaczytuje dane z różnych API, integruje i optymalizuje dane celem analizy wskaźników i ryzyk niezbędnych do oceny bezpieczeństwa,
  • zarządzanie projektem z uwzględnieniem założonych wymagań biznesowych, czasu, budżetu, jakości i ryzyk,
  • zarządzanie zespołem projektowym i motywowanie jego członków do działania,
  • nadzór nad budżetem projektu z wykorzystaniem wewnętrznych, dedykowanych narzędzi i regulacji,
  • koordynacja i zarządzanie współpracą z dostawcami firm trzecich oraz dostawcami wewnętrznymi,
  • umiejętność ustalania krótko i długo terminowych celi w realizacji projektu,
  • planowanie i potwierdzanie dostępności zasobów dla realizacji projektu w poszczególnych jego fazach,
  • zarządzanie mitygantami i komunikowanie ryzyk na poziomie jednostek współpracujących przy realizacji projektu,
  • raportowanie projektów na poziomie Zarządu Banku,
  • precyzyjne i skuteczne formułowanie oczekiwań, przy pozyskiwaniu danych,
  • praca zdalna i spotkania w biurze raz na 2 miesiące w dowolnej lokalizacji: Wrocław, Warszawa, Poznań,
  • stawka do 170zł/h przy B2B.
