Dla naszego Klienta, dużej firmy produkcyjnej, poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko Kontrolera 
Finansowego w obszarze zakładów produkcyjnych na terenie Polski. Stanowisko będzie związane z bliską współpracą z kadrą 
zarządzającą. Siedziba firmy mieści się w Krakowie.

Opis stanowiska:

  • kontrola procesów przemysłowych pod kątem: rozwoju, efektywności, rentowności i wyznaczania 
    obszarów wspólnych zakupów oraz obszarów Lean Manufacturing,
  • opracowanie KPIs dla poszczególnych zakładów wraz z ich późniejszą kontrolą i analizą odchyleń,
  • samodzielny nadzór nad spółkami produkcyjnymi z dużej Grupy Kapitałowej,
  • analiza opłacalności inwestycji produkcyjnych,
  • opracowywanie propozycji optymalizacji efektywności biznesu,
  • współpraca z działem kontrolingu, działem zakupów i operacyjnymi działami produkcyjnymi w 
    zakresie pozyskiwania danych biznesowych i rekomendowania nowych rozwiązań w obszarze
    zakupów grupowych,
  • współudział w tworzeniu długoterminowych planów strategicznych dla spółek produkcyjnych,
    sporządzanie analiz i rekomendacji dla potrzeb kadry zarządzającej.

Wymagania:

  • wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu zarządzania produkcją, kontroling przemysłowy, inżynierii 
    procesów produkcyjnych lub pokrewne,
  • min. 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku np. kierownik produkcji / kontroler kosztów,
    wymagane doświadczenie w branży produkcyjnej,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi informatycznych (ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem arkuszy 
    Excel, obróbki i analizy danych, mile widziany Power BI),
  • praktyczna znajomość narzędzi Lean Manufacturing,
  • wysoka kultura osobista i umiejętność pracy z osobami na różnym szczeblu organizacji,
  • prawo jazdy kat. B i gotowość do podróży służbowych.
