Position: Senior SAP BW/4HANA & Analytics Developer Project Overview: The Global Reporting and Planning initiative aims to migrate global Finance reporting and planning solutions to the ASPIRE landscape, enabling the decommissioning of the legacy IT platform. This program focuses on delivering end-to-end, high-quality Finance analytics solutions across multiple SAP technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand Finance reporting requirements within the ASPIRE program, covering all Finance processes in Analytics & Reporting. Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative Finance reporting solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), following project standards. Perform data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to maintain consistent and high-quality data structures. Conduct testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability of reporting solutions. Document technical and functional specifications using SAP Solution Manager. Provide technical guidance and support during deployment of Finance reporting solutions. Collaborate with Analytics & Reporting Finance teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and the Product Owner to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging SAP technologies related to Finance reporting. Develop FIORI applications in S/4HANA to enhance user interface and experience. Leverage SAP Datasphere to improve data accessibility, integration, and reporting efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW reporting development, preferably within the Finance domain (Senior Developer / BW Expert). Proven expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, FIORI, and HANA native modeling. Strong experience in data modeling and ETL using CDS Views, HANA Views, SAP BW extractors, and data warehousing principles. Proficiency with SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for visualization and analytics. Ability to read and write ABAP, Python, and SQL code. Experience with SAP Solution Manager; experience with SAP Datasphere is a strong plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills in agile project environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, structured deliverables. Excellent English, able to independently engage with both business and IT stakeholders. Commitment to continuous improvement in processes, tools, and organization.
