- The project is carried out as part of a public tender for the development and maintenance of enterprise-class IT systems for a European Agency operating in Poland.

responsibilities :

- Designing and developing enterprise-level solutions using .NET technologies, SharePoint, and the React framework on the frontend.
- Translating business and technical requirements into clear and practical software designs.
- Proposing and implementing technical solutions that meet business needs and solve complex challenges.
- Leading development teams and supporting them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Setting and maintaining software development standards to ensure high-quality and consistent code.
- Optimizing applications for performance, security, and overall quality.
- Estimating development effort and timelines and helping to plan project delivery.
- Managing configuration, version control, and software releases.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to support development and operations.
- Contributing to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment activities.
- Creating prototypes and internal testing tools to validate ideas and improve efficiency.
- Acting as second- and third-line technical support when needed.
- Collecting and interpreting software metrics to improve quality and performance.

requirements-expected :

- At least one certification in a software development technology domain (.NET, Sharepoint) at an advanced level, or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate.
- English level B2 or higher.
- At least engineer/bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience in at least one project covering the complete lifecycle of the solution.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Full-stack SharePoint support or developer role (custom solutions development, SDK, workflows, timer jobs, features etc.).
- Strong ability to design and develop complete software solutions - including data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer.
- Knowledge about Azure DevOps Pipelines and CI/CD configurations.
- Experience with following technologies Microsoft .NET / Microsoft .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server applications development with TSQL knowledge, Web Services/WCF, REST API, HTTP API, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
- Good knowledge of UML and the ability to design applications using UML diagrams.
- Hands-on experience working in Scrum-based environments.
- Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate development efforts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to document technical solutions clearly and effectively.
- Solid understanding of software performance, security, and quality principles.
