Technologies we use Expected Salesforce Your responsibilities Own the technical vision and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Service, Commerce, and Experience Clouds. Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end integrations with internal and external systems (including Azure). Provide hands-on technical leadership - coding, conducting reviews, and solving complex technical challenges. Lead refactoring initiatives and ensure system stability, scalability, and performance. Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define product roadmaps and align technical decisions with business priorities. Drive the adoption of best engineering practices, including DevOps automation, CI/CD, and event-driven architectures. Mentor and coach engineers, raising the technical bar across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Represent Engineering in discussions with external stakeholders (auditors, regulators, vendors). Employer requirements 10 years of experience in software engineering, including leadership in large-scale projects. Proven expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, data migrations). Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities. Hands-on experience with DevOps automation (GitHub Actions, CI/CD) and event-driven or REST-based integrations. Strong grasp of system design, scalability, and performance optimization. Technical leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and influence decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce Architect or Developer certifications preferred. Fluent English Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
