Responsibilities Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand the advertising sales workflow, identify inefficiencies, and define automation opportunities using AI Translate business goals into clear, structured product requirements and success metrics Conduct workshops and interviews with sales, marketing, and data teams to capture pain points and prioritize features Define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules Work with engineering and data science teams to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals Support decision-making by transforming data insights into actionable business recommendations Requirements 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Product Owner Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear data and functional requirements Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) Analytical/critical thinking, requirement management, communication, business processes etc.), practical experience with AI/LLM and prompts Excellent communication and facilitation skills Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment Upper-Intermediate level of English
