responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT system integrations using various data exchange standards including RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, flat file formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and direct SQL connections
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions within Microsoft SQL Server to ensure high-performance data operations
- Architect and manage ETL/ELT workflows for seamless data movement across heterogeneous platforms, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Conduct comprehensive integration testing including unit, system, and end-to-end testing to validate data flows and system interactions
- Utilize API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) to verify service reliability, performance, and security compliance
- Perform root cause analysis through log analysis, error code interpretation, and system diagnostics to resolve integration issues
- Implement test automation strategies using RPA tools and AI-driven solutions to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Lead integration projects for TSL industry platforms, with particular focus on CargoWise and other WMS/TMS systems
- Manage and enhance data integration platforms (e.g., chain.io, or similar iPaaS solutions)
- Work with SOAP-based web services, including WSDL interpretation, service orchestration, and XML schema validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration processes, APIs, and data flows
- Monitor integration performance and implement proactive improvements to ensure system reliability and scalability

requirements-expected :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT system integration, platform engineering, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server development including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with API development and testing (REST, SOAP)
- Proven experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration platforms
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and service-oriented architecture
- Experience with transportation and logistics systems, particularly CargoWise, is highly desirable
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript)
- Knowledge of automation workflow platforms (MS Power automate, N8N)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level for effective communication in international teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts and influence without authority
