Senior SAP Engineer SAP MM SCM Functional Consultant

About the role: As a Senior SAP Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Our client, leading sportswear manufacturer in Europe, is looking for SAP MM / SCM Functional Consultant - Inbound Logistics. The consultant will support Client's global SCM initiatives focused on inbound logistics automation and process optimization within the SAP ecosystem. They will define and configure key SAP MM and SCM entities such as Inbound Deliveries, Inbound Shipments, and Transportation Lead Time Tables, ensuring alignment with Client's global logistics and transportation network. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and document processes related to inbound deliveries, inbound shipments, and transportation lead time tables in SAP MM / SCM Collaborate with business stakeholders (procurement, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management) to translate functional requirements into SAP configuration Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., WM, TM, SD, PP) and external logistics systems Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities Contribute to continuous process improvement and global template optimization in Client's SAP landscape Work with developers or technical teams to ensure functional specifications are well implemented Requirements: 5 years of experience as an SAP MM or SCM functional consultant Hands-on experience with: Inbound deliveries (VL31N / VL32N / VL33N processes) Inbound shipments and transportation planning Lead time tables and scheduling parameters Strong understanding of integration points with SD, WM, and TM modules Experience working in global SAP template or rollout environments Familiarity with S/4HANA preferred Upper-Intermediate level of English Excellent communication skills for working with global stakeholders Desirable: Knowledge of SAP TM (Transportation Management) Basic understanding of automation or testing tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, CBTA) - though not required Experience with large enterprise clients in manufacturing or retail, ideally in the FMCG or sportswear industry What`s in it for you?
