We are recruiting for a role within our consulting team, which delivers analytical (BI) and automation projects using Webcon and Power Apps/Power Automate. Your responsibilities: Project Support Coordination of project activities (Apps and BI) Managing schedules and tracking deadlines Organizing meetings: status meetings, reviews, discovery sessions, retrospectives Preparing notes, summaries, and client reports Supporting team leaders in workload planning Ensuring smooth information flow between the team and the client Updating boards in Jira / DevOps / Confluence Ensuring accurate reporting by team members Managing project budgets Presales Support Preparing proposals based on TTMS templates Creating presentations (PowerPoint) Supporting Tech Leads and team leaders in estimations Co-creating case studies and short success stories Maintaining and updating the offer materials library We are looking for you, if you have: Must have 6–18 months of experience in a PMO / Project Assistant / Project Coordinator / Junior PM role Good work organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to run meetings (internal or client-facing) Very good knowledge of PowerPoint Basic familiarity with project management tools (Jira / Azure DevOps / Confluence) Strong communication skills and independence English at a minimum B2 level Experience in IT (Apps / BI / Software / Data) Nice to have Experience in preparing proposals or sales presentations Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum Experience in PMO or project reporting We offer: Participation in interesting and demanding projects Flexible working hours A great, non-corporate atmosphere Stable employment conditions (contract of employment or B2B contract) Opportunities for development and promotion Attractive package of benefits Work model: remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office) We reserve the right to contact the selected candidates.
