About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A professional to join our team at Marktlink. As an M&A Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and executing strategic transactions that drive growth and value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth company and market analyses to identify potential acquisition targets and opportunities for growth;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive deal strategies, including preparing valuations and bid books, meeting with potential buyers and sellers, and negotiating transaction terms;
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the business community, including entrepreneurs, investors, and other key stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with our team of experienced professionals to provide broad support to clients throughout the transaction process;
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and identify opportunities for Marktlink to expand its services and offerings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field, combined with a minimum of three years' experience in M&A or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and executing strategic transactions, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and deal negotiation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
  • Fluency in Polish and a good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
