Customer Service Support Specialist

The Customer Service Support Specialist role at Ryanair Sun involves providing telephone, email, and chat support to European airports and call centers.
This position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive approach to resolving errors and complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in the airline or airport industry would be advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential, with a second European language an additional benefit.
- Flexible approach to working hours and ability to remain diplomatic and tactful under pressure.
- Natural problem-solving skills and high level of interpersonal and written skills.
- Computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel.

This role is based in Warsaw and involves working on a shift pattern of 4 days on/4 days off, with shifts from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.
Estimated Salary Range:€35,000 - €45,000 per annum
