Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CD PROJEKT RED. As a member of our Technical Support team, you will play a crucial role in communicating and sharing knowledge with both players and workmates, tracking and prioritizing reported issues, and ensuring that players' needs and concerns are reflected in game updates.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to player inquiries and provide technical advice via tickets.
- Create solutions and guides for players in accordance with CD PROJEKT RED's technical support standards.
- Identify and prioritize issues, reporting and following up on them using internal and external tools.
- Collaborate with other teams, including production, QA, design, programming, PR, legal, and marketing, to address high-priority issues.
- Research and obtain solutions and information to resolve player issues.
- Uphold and share CD PROJEKT RED's values and company culture.
- At least 3 years of experience in roles requiring resilience, interpersonal skills, and a helpful attitude, preferably in people-facing services.
- Excellent communication skills in English, including writing and formatting.
- Strong teamwork skills and analytical thinking.
- Tech-savviness and ability to learn new technologies.
- Dedicated gamer with experience in progression-focused, organized gaming.
- Self-improvement approach within a game or as a gamer.
- Knowledge of one or more additional languages, such as French, German, Spanish, Brazilian/Portuguese, Chinese, or Eastern European languages.
- Interest in computer science, modern PC hardware, programming, or customer service tools.
