Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Industry Customer Service Representative with excellent language skills to join our team in Krakow. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and web channels.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Recommend and sell Cathay Pacific travel products, fares, and services.
  • Assist customers with flight booking transactions and provide after-sales support.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in English and Italian (at least B2 level).
  • Mature communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Possession of a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Will to develop further and attend an onsite training in Krakow.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is approximately 25,000 - 35,000 PLN per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
