We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Specialist to join our team at CANPACK. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Insurance Team in daily activities related to our Group insurance programs, claims, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate global insurance programs and claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collect and present data required for risk assessment and renewals, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Administer policies and claims data, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Notify insurers about claims on insurance policies, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.
  • Analyze claim trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs to build risk awareness amongst employees, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Manage Headquarters and Group Insurance budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics or a related field.
  • Insurance Broker's exam and relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present complex data.
  • Fluent English language skills, with a minimum of C1 level proficiency.
