We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team in the Traditional Trade Channel. As a key player, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the Traditional Trade Channel, Food Service
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss business opportunities and develop joint business plans
- Negotiate strategic contracts and drive sales growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and assortment optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities
- Implement process optimizations and monitor pricing policy coordination
- Produce sales forecasts and follow up on budgets
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales departments within the FMCG industry
- Knowledge and experience in the Traditional Trade Channel, preferably in C&C, wholesale, or Food Service Channel
- Strategic thinking, excellent analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
- Result- and solution-oriented attitude
- Fluent English communication daily
- A competitive salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience
