About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team in the Traditional Trade Channel. As a key player, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the Traditional Trade Channel, Food Service
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss business opportunities and develop joint business plans
  • Negotiate strategic contracts and drive sales growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and assortment optimization
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities
  • Implement process optimizations and monitor pricing policy coordination
  • Produce sales forecasts and follow up on budgets
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales departments within the FMCG industry
  • Knowledge and experience in the Traditional Trade Channel, preferably in C&C, wholesale, or Food Service Channel
  • Strategic thinking, excellent analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
  • Result- and solution-oriented attitude
  • Fluent English communication daily
