This exciting opportunity will see you take on a leadership position, overseeing global financial planning and analysis across our Materials Management operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing controlling structures, implementing new systems, and driving business growth.

Job Description

As a Materials Management Controller, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and developing controlling structures across global Materials Management activities
  • Developing processes and harmonized standards for consolidated controlling
  • Supporting implementation of new controlling systems and tools
  • Coordinating financial routine processes
  • Orchestrating and guiding financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Connecting controlling communities (Business Lines, Regions, Plants) and providing guidance for standards
  • Monitoring financial performance and KPIs (including PPV), understanding deviations, and initiating measures
  • Suggesting improvements to operational performance
  • Collaborating with global Purchasing domain and Business Lines on benchmarking, improvement measures, and projects
  • Providing financial guidance and ensuring data-based decision making

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in economics
  • Job experience in Operations/Materials Management Controlling
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with product cost calculation principles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A proactive work attitude and improvement mindset
  • The ability and willingness to work in heterogeneous and global teams
