Job Description:

As Chief Operations Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation within our Offshore Construction Excellence Team. Your primary responsibility will be to scope, lead, and run internal improvement projects, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

Key Responsibilities:

You will analyze current business operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency.You will work closely with various departments and offshore project teams to implement process improvements and drive cultural change.You will design and implement change management frameworks, creating clear communication plans and materials for diverse audiences.You will provide data-driven insights to support senior management decision-making and facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions for stakeholders.You will collaborate with colleagues to develop methods and tools, share best practices, and contribute to reporting and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, quality management, or lean project management, preferably in a large enterprise organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading internal business transformation and implementing change management strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate business operations and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis, with the ability to recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Familiarity with PMO guidelines and processes, with the ability to administer and ensure adherence.
