Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
• Manage orders from start to finish
• Provide exceptional customer care and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing
• Process customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Completed commercial high school or equivalent training
• Relevant experience in internal sales or customer support
• Negotiating and communication skills
• Fluent Polish and good written and spoken English skills
