We are seeking a Strategic People Operations Specialist to join our team at TechTellent. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and driving business growth through HR.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth journey for every team member.
  • Partner with leadership to align team goals with the company's broader objectives, providing strategic HR advice and guidance.
  • Drive HR process improvements, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Foster a positive culture that values our people and promotes collaboration, growth, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing HR processes in dynamic environments, preferably in IT product companies.
  • Business acumen and ability to align HR practices with business needs, supporting growth through smart, strategic initiatives.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and address HR challenges with initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Ukrainian, and build strong working relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Independence and autonomy, with the ability to work independently, drive HR initiatives, and make decisions without micromanagement.
