The Customer Delivery department is the voice of the customer within our business, working with customer teams to drive programs that accelerate the global footprint of Powered by TiVo TVs. As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead internal teams across Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support departments to deliver programs of work, collaborating with external partners and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership - inspire, drive, and coordinate technical and commercial teams to collaborate and deliver effectively and efficiently against agreed goals.
  • Program Delivery - build plans and execute on delivery timelines, managing risks and issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and communicate - work effectively with all internal stakeholders and with our partners and customers, building and developing relationships and delivering on commitments.

We Are Looking for:

  • Program delivery experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Business and commercial acumen to understand the needs of our customers and champion their cause within our organization.
  • At least eight years of equivalent industry experience within a software development and delivery organization.
  • Experience in the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Communication skills to understand business requirements and technical concepts and discuss them with both technical and non-technical people.
  • Fluent Polish and English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning new things.
