We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Sunly Polska.
Role Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with experience in business development, sales, and marketing to lead our efforts in growing revenue through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships within the B2B segment.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or environmental science.
- Competitive Salary: Estimated salary: 80,000 - 120,000 PLN per annum (dependent on experience).
