Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cross-Functional Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team in Krakow. As a respected member of our call center, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Process 60-100 inbound calls per day, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Manage outbound calls, depending on volume, to proactively engage with customers and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including orders, literature requests, and other relevant information
- Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with dispenser system issues
- Bachelor's degree completed or in process (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
- Experience using Customer Service software (a must)
- Able to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Prior experience utilizing a multi-line telephone system (desired)
