About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AML Expert to join our team in Transaction Monitoring. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AML and transaction monitoring, with a proven track record of conducting effective investigations and staying up-to-date with current laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership team and colleagues in dedicated projects, seeking and implementing improvements, reporting, and management information.
- Support countries in preparing for audits and other controls.
- Optimize and transform TM processes within all jurisdictions, both through automation and process improvements.
About the Team:
The Global KYC organisation is a first line of defence department providing guidance, standardised solutions in the area of KYC-related regulations, and supporting operational excellence. As a member of this team, you will work with colleagues from different disciplines, geographies, and backgrounds, contributing to the realisation of the One Agile Way of Working methodology within ING.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in AML transaction monitoring.
- Expert skills in conducting effective transaction monitoring investigations.
- Ability to review and represent dedicated Circle in procedures writing process.
- Fluent in English, reading and writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification (CAMS, ICA or equivalent).
- Advanced MS Excel and/or Power BI skills / Python.
