Job Overview

The Marketing Operations Campaign Manager is a key role at TE Connectivity, responsible for orchestrating marketing campaigns across various business units and segments.

As a master campaign orchestrator, you will work closely with business leaders to develop and execute campaign plans, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a consistent framework for marketing campaign structure and elements, including objectives, goals, target audience, competitive positioning, and clear value proposition.
  2. Document campaign planning and execution lifecycle roles and responsibilities, ensuring clarity and transparency across functions.
  3. Coordinate with key functions to execute programs and tactics, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and driving a cohesive approach.
  4. Measure campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement, driving continuous performance improvement.
  5. Coordinate budget reviews, ensuring effective budget utilization and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of marketing experience, including marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing planning, and tactic execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing required, MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of audience planning, reputation, demand generation, customer engagement, and enablement programs.
  • Experience working across multiple business units and directing a shared services team.
  • Strong analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence/drive change.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex, global business environment.
