Job Summary:
GSK is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Research & Development (R&D) Monitoring and Reporting Team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, and providing internal customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reporting processes for GSK entities to support monitoring of compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data between multiple systems and databases.
- Provide internal customer support as needed to facilitate analysis during business conduct.
- Interact with other areas within and outside GSK to coordinate efforts across internal and external areas.
- Maintain a database of payments and supplemental information to meet state reporting, regulatory, and management reporting requirements.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide historical information on transactions in support of requests from the Legal and Compliance departments.
Requirements:
- Finance/accounting degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant analytics position.
- General knowledge of financial applications, systems, and databases/query tools (MS Excel and MS Access required; SQL a plus).
- Experience working in a compliance role focused on monitoring and process review a plus.
- Prior experience with SAP a plus.
- Fluent English and Polish (minimum C1).
- Max 60% remotely work.
