Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust data pipelines to process large volumes of HR data.
- Develop and maintain data models using DBT to ensure structured and accessible data.
- Integrate data sources using Fivetran and manage the flow into Snowflake.
- Build data validation and testing frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Implement data governance policies to ensure the safe handling of sensitive HR data.
- Collaborate with teams across geographies to align data efforts with HR strategies.
- Automate infrastructure management with Terraform.
- Use Git for version control and help HR users create PowerBI dashboards.
- At least 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering, ideally in HR or people analytics.
- Knowledge of DBT, Fivetran, Snowflake and SQL.
- Strong understanding of data governance and handling of HR data (preferred sources such as Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp).
- Experience of version control using Git and infrastructure automation using Terraform.
- Have a collaborative and co-creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English (C1) to work effectively with international teams.
- Availability to work at least 3 days at the office located near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw.
