Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to lead our mission team and drive technical direction for our banking services. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and driving best practices, enabling teams to solve their hardest problems, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive the direction of engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality software as a member of our mission team
• Support and oversee junior engineers, acting as a subject matter expert
• Develop clean, elegant, and reusable code that is well-tested and easy to maintain and extend
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and promote innovation
