Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst - Technology Risk to join our Cyber Risk Team in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving comprehensive and consistent practices to identify, measure, monitor, report, and manage operational and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement analytics-driven solutions to enhance stakeholders' decision-making capabilities.
  • Deliver robust risk analytics and insights leveraging various types of data analysis.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to support the design of analytics-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to the design, roll-out, and governance of various reporting solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and implement common data and data standards, common processes, and integrated technology platforms.
  • Prepare reports and develop associated presentations for senior management, stakeholder discussions, and regulatory engagements.
  • Present findings and analysis in a polished manner to Operational Risk and business professionals at all levels.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Banking, Finance, or related consulting with a focus on data analysis or data science.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in various programming languages and/or analytical packages.
  • Degree in finance, accounting, analytics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or related data science or finance/economics with relevant work experience.
  • Relevant certifications a plus.
  • Proficiency in Tableau preferred.
  • A penchant for storytelling using data and visualizations to socialize findings and insights to key executives and stakeholders.
  • Demonstratable experience building data models and/or use of analytics tools/applications for more advanced use cases.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to track deliverables and articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
  • Highly organized and motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and a teamwork-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization within and across project teams, functions, and business units.
