Salve Consulting is seeking a seasoned Sales Team Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. With a strong background in sales operations and team leadership, this individual will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving results-oriented initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess native or fluent Russian language skills, both spoken and written, along with a good command of English. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leadership is required, preferably in B2B, managing internal and external stakeholders. At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO or contact center environment is also essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve excellent sales performance.
  • Drive revenue growth by effectively developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Conduct quarterly performance assessments and monthly one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Acknowledge and reward team members for exceptional performance and achievements.
  • Offer clear guidance and direction to the team on sales objectives.
  • Promote an open and honest two-way communication culture within the team.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Native or fluent Russian language skills, both spoken and written, along with a good command of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leadership (preferably in B2B), managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
  • Dynamic and determined personality, capable of leading and coaching a team successfully.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales operations and familiarity with sales KPIs.
