About the Role:

As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and brand awareness within the East European market. Your main focus will be on collaborating with a content marketer to produce marketing initiatives tailored to local market trends and regulations. The goal is to reach specific targets for lead generation, lead nurturing, opportunities generation, sold units, awareness, and PR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and opportunities for Sales from different sources;
  • Ensure strong contribution of leads and opportunities from marketing activities in final Sales results;
  • Maintain win rate from lead/opportunities status into the signed contract by the Sales department;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders;
  • Build strong relationships with partners, including Bridgestone marketing and other types of partners;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and experience in Telematics/SAAS/Automotive/EV/IT/Technology Industry is an advantage;
  • Good overview of marketing activities and sales processes and life cycles;
  • Experience in cooperation with external agencies and coordination of complex projects involving different stakeholders;
  • Autonomy, self-discipline, multitasking, and ability to prioritize activities based on strategic goals;
  • Result-oriented and driven by KPIs and efficiency;
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
