Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk and AML Compliance Specialist to join our team in MS Operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new merchants and maintaining compliance with AML regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professional Onboarding Process: Responsible for processing customer card applications, providing excellent service, and maintaining positive interactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Execute administrative tasks aligned with our business procedures and service offerings.
  • Risk and AML Assessments: Perform risk and AML assessments, KYC verifications, and ODD management to maintain compliance.
  • Exceptional Support: Offer exceptional support and act as a subject matter expert for both customers and internal teams.
  • Clear Communication: Deliver clear communication to simplify complex AML-related information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in German (min. b2) and a Nordic language (min. c1 - Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish), both written and spoken.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance (KYC, AML/CTF) is a nice addition.
  • Customer Management: Proven experience in managing customer applications and administrative tasks effectively.
