Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at HCL Poland. As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Greek-speaking clients.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks
  • Provide technical support via phone for customers' end users, including hardware, software, and network problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Route complex problems to internal support groups and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Administer user access in various systems and utilize the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems, work requests, and resolutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (both verbal and written) with great customer handling skills and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to acquire new information quickly and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, antivirus, and firewall software, as well as PC hardware.
  • ITIL knowledge is an asset.
Language Requirements
  • Greek: at least B2 level.
  • English: at least B2 level.
