About this role

We invite applications for the position of Transformation Specialist - Data Insights and Process Optimizer in Krakow. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a strong background in reporting, process design, and diagnosis who want to leverage their skills to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop customized reporting mechanisms for key clients, ensuring timely delivery of insights and metrics.
  • Analyze process health and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects, driving process improvements and cost savings.
  • Lead individual assigned projects, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with higher management, peers, and clients, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
  • Support internal control compliance, identifying process gaps and providing solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reporting or similar role.
  • Proven track record of process design and diagnosis expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerBI, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with experience in visual basic and Access database a plus.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
